Job Description Sales Team Manager for rapidly scaling global SaaS business Company insight: Rapidly scaling SaaS platform with a global presence. Privately owned and profitable. The role: As a Team Manager you will: Manage, motivate and lead your high performing team of Account Managers Deliver account success to a book of £2.5 - £5mil worth of annual revenue. Drive satisfaction, retention and account growth. Work with your team to identify areas of penetration, upsell and cross sell. Motivate your team daily however you feel suits yours and their style. Be an escalation point for client contact. Contribute to the ongoing growth of the business, working with your peers to deliver service excellence. You: Previous experience in a team leader role, whether CS, Sales or Account Management. Experience of working towards commercial targets whether new sales or existing accounts. Experience of working with large/enterprise level accounts and senior stakeholders. Experience in a B2B environment with software (SaaS) experience being beneficial. A true leader, that will motivate and get the best from you team. Are a proactive problem-solver with a high-level of emotional intelligence. Driven and keen to pursue a career in the SaaS space.
