About the role:
This is an interesting and varied role working across a number of multifunctional teams where you can apply your knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to support the planning, monitoring and control of a number of pharmaceutical project activities.
Key responsibilities:
6. Project management of the on-going internal and external projects within Pharmanovia.
7. Take responsibility for project management and tracking of key projects.
8. Work with Technical, Regulatory, Quality, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Artwork, and PV/Medical teams to ensure we apply an integrated approach to project planning across the teams.
9. Ensure accurate reporting of project performance to senior stakeholders and other members of the Pharmanovia team.
10. Aid ongoing building of professional relationships with partner companies via defined communication channels on a global level.
11. Create and deliver project plans in alignment with the cross-functional Pharmanovia teams.
12. Set up regular meetings for key project workstreams to facilitate knowledge exchange between team members and follow-up on actions.
13. Hold cross-functional team to account on actions on deliverables.
14. Organise and schedule meetings both internally and externally, preparing agendas and taking and distributing minutes.
15. Provide a pro-active approach to problem solving within the projects, assisting the company to deliver on key functional and strategic goals.
16. Identify potential project problems, risks, mitigate contingencies and implement corrective actions.
17. Develop and manage ongoing professional relationships with Pharmanovia's key partner companies.
18. Oversee day to day activities of junior staff and coach them to help them perform efficiently.
About you - what we are looking for:
19. Previous experience in project management.
20. Strong understanding of best practices in project portfolio management.
21. Familiar with governance and risk management frameworks.
22. Pharmaceutical sector experience desirable.
23. Experience of leading project meetings, preparation of the project meeting agenda and taking minutes.
24. Analytical with the ability to produce professional reports, identifying trends and making suitable recommendations.
25. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
26. Advanced level of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
27. A current or working towards a project management qualification.
