What We’re Looking For: A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent). Experience working in an early years setting, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred. A genuine passion for supporting children's development and well-being. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. A proactive, positive, and nurturing approach.
