If you are a talented tooling engineer or toolmaker, we're currently on the lookout for a Tooling Engineer to join our engineering team. As a Tooling Engineer, you will be responsible for the checking, repairing, and servicing of all assembly and press tooling equipment to ensure that machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably.

Working Hours: 2 Shifts
Duties:
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Leading the repair and maintenance of all assembly and press tooling equipment in a timely manner.
2. Effective diagnosis and timely repair of equipment to maximise machine availability.
3. Perform scheduled and planned maintenance to reduce breakdowns and improve equipment performance and reliability.
4. Leading geometry improvement activities from technical understanding.
5. Adhering to quality standards and requirements, including all QMS related items.
6. Supporting and championing the intervention process and escalation procedure.
7. Adhering to all legal and safety requirements including PUWER Power press regulations, lifting, and slinging.
8. Supporting the procurement and management of spare parts and tools required.
9. Adhering to and entry of RPO and MTTR data (documentation of jobs/hours completed through electronic reporting methods).
10. Supporting the development of Engineering apprentices through knowledge and skill sharing.
11. The completion of housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness within own and related areas.
12. Working to the company's code of conduct, policies, and procedures.
13. Leading planned maintenance activities, including technical improvement activities.

Essential Requirements:
1. Recognised apprenticeship in Die Maintenance or Tool Making.
2. ONC or equivalent level qualification.
3. Industrial manufacturing or automotive relevant engineering experience.
