We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Quality Technician within our Quality team in Perrin & Rowe, Rainham.
In a nutshell you will be responsible for:
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes within Perrin and Rowe, executing process control actions, and suggesting process improvements. Investigating non-conformities and containments and ensuring consistency within the measurement equipment, as well as collaborating closely with the Engineering,
What you are already great at:
* Maintaining clean, safety compliant working environment and ensure:
* Raising and tracking processes of Quality Alerts and when needed CAPA
* Identifying non-conformities, investigating root cause of the issues and, when possible, immediate problem solving and issue containing.
* Daily Machine shop non-conformities collecting, recording.
* Operating within Store processes kanban inspection for issue extend, isolation.
* Ensure compliance with company processes and make suggestions for improvement.
For this role we would need you to demonstrate:
* Understanding, analysing and auditing Machine shop processes
* 5S standards at workplace
* The ability to engage with all departments on Quality issues
* Recording and analysing Quality KPIs Previous experience as a technician in a manufacturing, assembly, or machining environment, with a strong knowledge of production inspection.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications for non-conformity analysis.
