Hygiene operative - day shift

Pickstock Telford have a great opportunity for a Day Hygiene Operative to join our cleaning team.

The successful candidate will be required to perform various cleaning tasks on a day-to-day basis, working with the team to ensure the smooth running of production and surrounding areas of the business.

Please Note: Pickstock Telford is an Abattoir and day hygiene operative are required to go into production to carry out the duties on daily basis.

Job roles include but are not limited to:

1. Taking full responsibility and operating tray wash area. Including cleaning of production trays, creates, lids, plastic pallets, offal packing racks and trays, OSI bins and dolavs.
2. Operational corridor management with waste segregation aspects.
3. Operating knife wash area. Including CIP of knifes, chain mail gloves and aprons during the production break times.
4. Despatch corridor cleanness including waste segregation management according to the policy.
5. Internal chillers cleaning according to CIC.
6. Tray wash pre-start checks completion. Including faults and damages reporting in all areas.
7. CAYG good practice are met throughout the shift in all areas above.
