Key Responsibilities:
As a General Administrator, your duties will include:
* Filing: Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files to ensure easy access to information.
* Photocopying: Preparing and duplicating documents as needed for various departments.
* Ordering and Returning of Notes: Managing the ordering process for necessary documentation and ensuring timely returns.
* Maintaining Records and Databases: Keeping accurate records and updating databases to reflect current information
Working Hours:
o Band 2 - Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Rate of pay is £11.45 per hour and will be paid on a weekly basis
