You will be the first person a patient will meet when entering our Practice so good manners and a professional approach is expected every time, whether it is a face to face enquiry or answering the many the telephone calls Scheduling appointments for patients Ensuring the appointments system runs smoothly Accurately registering and recording of new patients Managing patient prescriptions requests Actioning the daily task list Explaining practice procedures to new patients and dealing with all requests in a clear and courteous manner Screening enquiries for the doctors and clinical staff Liaising with local pharmacies, couriers and other outside agencies Maintaining a clean reception area to show a professional image
