Sales Support Advisor

Full Time, Monday to Friday
£24k - £26k + Quarterly bonus
Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming calls, assess the purpose of the call and address it accordingly, as well as identify potential leads for Sales Consultants.
* Verify and process orders accurately.
* Manage customer expectations regarding delivery, installation, and billing.
* Provide exceptional customer service.
* Keep Order Discrepancies below company targets; implement plans to minimize errors using ODF checklists.
* Cultivate strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Stay informed about company products, services, and pricing changes.
* Utilize various systems and tools for order processing and communication.
* Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Adhere to company codes of practice and regulations.
* Know how to escalate issues when necessary.
* Collaborate with teams to expedite Cloud and NET orders.
* Conduct customer handover calls for Net and Cloud orders to ensure order accuracy.
Required Skills and Abilities
* Strong Relationship building skills.
* Must be capable of prioritisation of multiple tasks.
* Must possess the ability to work independently.
* Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a team.
* Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
* Be Self-motivated, driven and determined.
* Ability to communicate at all levels.
* Flexible approach to meet the business requirements of the business
* The post holder will understand the regulatory, fair trading and competition rules relating to their work sufficiently to be able to comply with them, relying on their ability to recognise that they need specialist advice.
