Field Sales Representative

The Role
They are now looking to expand its number of door to door canvassers within the local area. This role plays a vital role in helping to increase their weekly Wolves Lottery membership and positively promote their supported charities partners.
They are seeking an experienced field sales representative who is motivated, can manage their own time, has strong administration skills & can exceed their weekly sales targets.
As a representative, you will need to hold a full clean driving license. The role is part-time, and you will be working 20 hours per week (4 hours per day) in local areas canvassing the Wolves brand and positively promoting their supported charities partners.
Here you will interact with members of the public, building an immediate face-to-face rapport & relationship to inspire others to contribute their support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Script Mastery: Memorising and perfecting established set scripts to ensure effective communication with customers
2. Direct Sales: Conduct door to door selling within designated local target areas to maximise outreach and engagement.
3. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding & knowledge of the products offered to effectively address customer questions and demonstrate value.
4. Public Engagement: Actively engage with the public & community by attending events.
5. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed targets set by the Ancillary Sales Manager.
6. Professional Presentation: Uphold & maintain a professional appearance to foster trust and credibility with potential customers.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential:
1. A knowledge of society lotteries and how they operate
2. A good geographical knowledge of the local area
3. Full clean driving licence
4. Strong administration skills
5. An excellent communicator with expertise interacting with the public, building an immediate face-to-face rapport and the ability to be motivated using your own initiative
6. The confidence to sell ideas, items and be able to influence opinions
7. Build relationships and communicate effectively to inspire others to contribute to support Wolves Lottery
8. An excellent work ethic and a drive to succeed
9. Knowledge and experience in a customer-facing role
10. Post-holder will be subject to a DBS check at the appropriate level and cleared by the Wolves Safeguarding Manager
Desirable:
1. Previously worked within sales or as a canvasser (not necessarily gambling or society lottery)
