Holmen Board and Paper is a Swedish company and a member of the Holmen Group. The Workington Mill produces premium paperboard under the brand Incada. Our paperboard is an integral part of the shopping experience for our clients’ customers. Since 2013 we have powered the mill almost entirely by fossil fuel free energy. We value our employees and products highly. Today we are approximately 340 co-workers. Our integrated pulp and paperboard mill is located to the west of the beautiful Lake District in the north of England.
We are currently recruiting for Shift Production Operators to join our Production Teams. We rely on the expertise of the Production teams to run our Mill in a safe and efficient way, and we provide full training in the range of different activities undertaken. Our Production Operators work a largely 12-hour shift rota rotating from day to nightshift (with a 24-hour break between), in a cycle which spans 34-days. Operators can enjoy 20 rest days and holidays which are built into the rota. If you’re looking for the opportunity to be part of a great work community, looking to develop yourself, engage and make a positive impact with a pioneering customer and employee orientated business, we’d love to hear from you.
