Previous experience of generating invoices would be a distinct advantage Be a confident people person. Happy dealing with individuals, organisations and businesses at all levels. Have an eye for detail with excellent organisational, administration and IT skills. Full UK driving licence. The Service Administrator role / responsibilities include (but not limited to) : Creating customer invoices from information on job cards. Liaise with customers to ensure correct purchase orders are obtained prior to invoicing. Input data into a variety of systems and databases to ensure they are kept up to date. General administration duties as required in the day to day operation of the Service department. Handle incoming calls from new and existing customers.
