* We’re looking for a driven, strategic and outgoing full-time Strategic Partnerships Manager to help us grow our client relationships, convert briefs into brilliant projects, and support our transition from production partner to creative powerhouse.
* You'll be joining as our first sales-focused role, helping scale NUSA STUDIOS and driving our next phase of growth. You’ll be early in your career, but confident, curious and commercially minded. You know how to sell creativity, thrive on building relationships, and get a buzz from spotting opportunities others might miss. Most of all, you're hungry to make your mark - working with autonomy, diving into the world of marketing, and helping us make NUSA the best content studio on the planet.
Responsibilities:
* Build new business relationships through strategic outreach and warm leads.
* Turn client objectives and needs into clear, actionable briefs for our creative, production and post teams.
* Work closely with the marketing team to support outbound campaigns and events.
* Lead check-ins with key clients to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
* Act as the relationship lead on larger projects, sitting between the client and delivery team.
* Handle early conversations around scope changes with clarity and confidence.
* Work closely with our Marketing Manager and Managing Director to align outreach tactics with NUSA’s mission and brand.
* Champion NUSA’s creative and strategic capabilities to both new and existing clients.
* Track progress against agreed sales targets and proactively drive performance.
* Stay on top of opportunities across sectors and trends within the creative industry.
* Collaborate with producers, creatives and editors to ensure ideas are grounded in feasibility.
* Keep track of leads, contacts and opportunities in an organised and proactive way.
* Contribute to shaping and evolving our client experience as we scale.
The Individual:
* 3+ years experience in a similar role, ideally within an agency or creative studio environment.
* Strong commercial mindset with a natural ability to sell without being salesy.
* Charismatic communicator who builds rapport quickly and maintains strong relationships.
* Awareness of creative and production processes - understands how an idea becomes a deliverable.
* Experience creating and implementing or managing end-to-end sales / partnerships processes.
* Strategic thinker who’s comfortable leading conversations with senior stakeholders.
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable keeping multiple leads moving at once.
* Creative and curious, with a genuine passion for social-first content and what makes it work.
* Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
Nice to haves:
* Experience in public speaking or presenting at events.
* Experience running or supporting industry events.
* Existing relationships with relevant brands or agency contacts.
* Experience operating in a fast-paced, agile environment.
* Experience operating across multiple markets, namely UK, US & Europe.

Salary:
* £40-45k + Sales performance based bonus structure
