Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Hospitality Manager to join our team at Waresley Park Estate. This role involves overseeing all aspects of guest relations, event coordination, and administrative tasks related to hospitality services. The Hospitality Manager will also work closely with the Head of Adventure, ensuring that outdoor activities and guest experiences are seamlessly integrated into our overall hospitality offering.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guest Relations & Communication:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, both over the phone and via email.
* Ensure a high standard of customer service, addressing all guest needs and inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Manage all bookings for accommodations, events, and activities at Waresley Park, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Event Coordination:
* Plan and execute events at Waresley Park Estate, including theater performances, concerts, and special events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
* Oversee on-site event operations, coordinating with other staff and vendors to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* Website & Content Management:
* Regularly update and manage the estate's website, ensuring that content is current, accurate, and optimised for user experience and SEO.
* Work closely with our social media team to promote upcoming events, special offers, and new services through the website and other communication channels.
* Operational Leadership:
* Work closely with the Head of Adventure to align guest services with outdoor activities and ensure all offerings meet the highest standards.
* Provide guidance and support the adventure team, helping to develop new activities and experiences that enhance guest satisfaction.
* Collaboration with Other Departments:
* Coordinate with the Operations Director and Facilities Manager to ensure that all aspects of the estate are maintained to a high standard.
* Ensure smooth communication and teamwork across all departments involved in delivering hospitality services.
* Administrative & Budget Management:
* Prepare regular reports on bookings, guest feedback, and website performance for senior management.
* Manage budgets related to hospitality services, including event costs and guest services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in hospitality management, event coordination, or a related field.
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
* Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
* Experience with website management, booking software and content updates is a plus.
* Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
