Belmont Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced criminal justice recovery workers to work for a private charity in the West Midlands that have knowledge in substance misuse, specifically opiates. The role will consist of predominantly working with court-ordered drug and alcohol treatment clients, as well as any clients who have been directly referred from criminal justice partners, such as prison or probation.
The day-to-day role will include:
1. Managing a caseload
2. Carrying out personalised and risk assessments
3. Conducting triages
4. 1-1 work as well as group work
This role will also require multidisciplinary working with probation officers, prison staff, police, and court staff, and working alongside clinical teams both in-house and externally.
Hours: Full Time (37.5h)
Days: Monday - Friday
Contract: 3/6 Months (+ongoing)
Salary: £18.00 to £20.00 per hour
