* Drilling into the detail to support buyers in making commercial decisions to manage OTB, track ROS by category and action any other necessary changes.
* Supporting higher sell through via optimum pricing and discounts by category.
* Reviewing the approval process, for example, how much new, discount levels, improving margin by looking at rate of sale, and managing the clearance stock.

* Collaborating with other managers/Head of across functions, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day execution of the BA business strategy.
* Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on site KPIs, including traffic, search metrics, conversion rate, average order value, and bounce rate to provide insights to stakeholders on customer behaviour, and potential areas for improvement or opportunity.
* Ensuring your team are utilising all the tools and insights available to them to hit commercial targets and seek new ways of identifying performance enhancing opportunities.
* Assisting with the learning and development of the team, keeping an eye on our external competition and performing relevant market analysis to formalise learnings and future plans.
* Managing the uploading, maintenance, and optimisation of all product listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency in product data, imagery, pricing and copy.
