As a Stock Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and warehouse inventory. You will be working within the NDC Stock Team, in our Normanton facility, who are responsible for ensuring stock accuracy is the best it can possibly be in NDC, supporting cycle counts in the Hi-Bay racking, supporting ad-hoc daily requests that come into the NDC Stock Team and supporting other parts of the operation as and when required.
Your Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am to 3pm
License Requirements: FLT licence is essential.
Your Duties as a Stock Operative Include:

* Execute inventory counts and stock audits.
* Monitor and manage stock levels on critical products.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams within NDC during busy periods.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
Knowledge and Skills Needed:
* Experience in warehousing.
* Experience of using a FLT is essential.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities based on daily activity.
* Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication skills.
