Requirements
* Licence - Car/Van Driving Licence (Category B)

Key Responsibilities:
General admin and incoming call handling
Liaising with tenants, landlords & contractors
Coordinating repairs, maintenance & inspections
Organising safety certificates and ensuring compliance
Managing invoices, deposit claims & inventories
Maintaining accurate records via CRM
Diary management & applicant registrations
What You’ll Need:
Full UK driving licence & own transport
Highly organised, proactive and confident
Strong admin and client service skills
Property/lettings experience (ideal but not essential)
Happy to learn new systems and work in a fast-paced setting
