Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Accounts Payable Intern to be based in London. This is a paid internship. The internship runs from the 9th June 2025 to 5th September 2025. You must be available for the whole duration of the programme.
The Accounts Payable Intern will be responsible for supporting Red Bull’s accounts payable strategy by contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the function, creating, enhancing, and optimising key Finance tools to create a value-add connection to key business partners.
You will do this by providing key support to the AP team and wider Finance function by launching key Finance projects and enhancements that support our expenses management strategy, business education initiatives and online training offerings.
The role will also be required to engage in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES

* Helping the business become more efficient with their expenses processing, enabling them to focus on key activities that move the business forward.
You will do this by supporting the Accounts Payable Executive by Reviewing, enhancing and supporting on the roll-out to the business of the expenses management resource ‘Concur Mini Guide’.
* Enhance and develop current online training offering on Red Bull’s ‘My Wings’ training platform, encouraging usage and attendance of local AP training offer.
Engage and support on ad-hoc Finance projects in the AP space, that enable to the business thrive.
* Support the On Premise team with their management of the Festival intern team, ensuring full expense and AP support throughout the process.
Supporting on key Marketing events ensuring AP processes and supported and maintained at all times.
