About this opportunity
We are looking for an Assistant to join our Purchase to Pay and Accounts Receivables team.
Following Local Government Reorganisation, this has been delivered as a shared service but is now being disaggregated with a mixture of new and existing staff serving Westmorland and Furness Council.
Purchase to Pay and Accounts Receivable are part of the Council’s Financial Services team, so you’ll be joining our friendly, welcoming and supportive team.
The team primarily work from Carlisle; however, work location can be discussed at interview.
Who we are looking for…
You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, so will need to be an experienced team worker providing responsive, flexible, effective and efficient administrative support within the Purchase to Pay and Accounts Receivable team and undertake administrative tasks to support delivery of directorate services for both internal and external customers.
