Honeycomb is partnering with a nationwide Wealth Management company to recruit for a Senior Financial Services Administrator to join their team based in North Down. The role is full time, permanent and comes with opportunity for career progression. The Client A nationwide Wealth Management company with two offices based in North Down. The company provides first class financial advice to a range of customers. The role of Senior Financial Services Administrator will be based in Newtownards working a hybrid pattern of 3 days in office, 2 from home. The Role The Senior Financial Services Administrator will support Financial Advisors with a range of administrative and technical duties, as outlined below. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and plan records on back-office system, and ensure review invites issued and documentation prepared Ensure all relevant documentation and correspondence is uploaded to the correct client records on the back-office system and named in accordance with Company procedures Create, manage, and complete tasks on the back-office system in accordance with Company procedures Preparing recommendation reports Produce client suitability reports confirming new recommendations in accordance with the Company's internal standards and compliance procedures Obtain accurate illustrations, key features, and other relevant paperwork for advisor presentation meetings with clients Assist in the completion of remedial actions following quality checking Paraplanning duties Essential Criteria Knowledge of the financial planning market including products and services. Working knowledge of FCA Rules, Guidance Notes and Commitments that apply to the job role. 2 year plus experience in an IFA/Wealth Management environment. Desirable - Diploma qualified or working towards.
