We are seeking a dedicated and professional team (M/F) to manage a private household. This role requires a harmonious partnership where both individuals contribute to the smooth running of the home and wider staffing. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in hospitality and private household management, ensuring that the home is welcoming, organised, and well-maintained at all times.

* Serving skills and a flair for the presentation of fine tableware and settings.
* Manage household supplies, including grocery shopping and inventory management.
* Provide exceptional service to guests and visitors, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
* Handle delicate laundry and ironing duties to maintain clothing in pristine condition.
* Wardrobe Management.
* Assist with any additional tasks as required by the household, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
* Tending to floral arrangements.
* Food shopping and general errands. (Company car provided)
* Frequent trips into Central London.
* Ensure that all areas of the home maintained to the highest standards at all times.

* Strong communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests and family members.
* Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the needs of the principle and household.
This position offers an opportunity for a couple or a team who are passionate about creating a warm and inviting home environment while utilising their skills in hospitality and household management.
A team of gardeners are employed, as are drivers and security staff.
This is a live out position and requires both to be able to drive to the property and either willing to relocate or in manageable commuting distance of Kingston Upon Thames. A full induction will be provided by the retiring couple.
