Are you an experienced Maintenance Surveyor, seeking your next contract within a thriving Repairs team?Our client has an immediate opportunity for a Surveyor to join their Property Service Team, covering Somerset.The successful applicant will have experience pre and post inspecting occupied and void properties, identifying and resolving maintenance requirements.Responsibilities:
* Respond to maintenance enquiries, completing pre inspections
* Liaise with the customer to identify the cause of the issue and if necessary, provide education on future prevention
* Liaise with the in-house trade teams and/or contractors to complete the works
* Post inspect works on completion to ensure customer satisfaction
