Group IT Project Manager
Blackburn – on-site
Sellick Partnership are currently partnering with a well-known multi-national to recruit a Group IT Project Manager into their large group IT function. The Group IT Project Manager will define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle, whilst also being heavily involved in senior stakeholder management and weekly status reporting throughout all projects.
The ideal IT Group Project Manager candidate will have the tenacity and resilience to manage large projects and take ownership of these from beginning to end whilst adapting to different challenges you may face in the role.

This role will not have any direct reports initially but there are plans in the future to grow the team where this may become part of the role. Mentorship and team collaboration are key attributes for the candidate. As Group IT Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, inclusive of hyper care support, closure, and transition into BAU, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
* Good experience working in a Project Management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
* Project Management industry certifications, i.e., PRINCE2
* Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or comparative tools
* Working knowledge of ServiceNow and SAP
* Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
* Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
* Ability to communicate with team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
