Job Description:
We are recruiting for a Helpdesk Analyst and Administrator based at Richmond campus.
The postholder will act as the first point of contact for customers reporting incidents, requesting information, requesting access, or requesting other IT services. They will receive and handle requests following agreed procedures and promptly escalate calls to team members as appropriate.
The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, for 52 weeks per year.
Richmond upon Thames College is part of the Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge College Group (HRUC) and is one of London’s most successful Further Education Colleges providing education and training to 16-19 year olds and adults from across Richmond, London and Surrey, for over 80 years.
