Estate Officer Role
Purpose:

* Ensure buildings meet the needs of occupants.
* Manage facilities, cleaning, and maintenance services.
* Plan and coordinate installations, works, and refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and manage building structures and fixtures.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
* Update risk assessments.
* Oversee building security and staff safety.
* Maintain equipment and supplies.
* Collaborate on budget reviews and capital programs.
* Implement improvements and manage contracts.
* Arrange room layouts for office moves.
* Verify completed work and address defects.
* Manage parking, waste, and security.
* Supervise evening and duty stewards.
* Perform analysis and maintain records.
* Handle facility complaints.
* Assist in budget management.
* Manage archives and out-of-hours call-out rota.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of compliance risk assessments and health and safety legislation.
* Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
* Valid driving license
