We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join us in our Bradford office.
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Senior Finance Manager, reporting into the Director, Finance Business Partnering, to lead and manage the end-to-end revenue process for Liberty Blume Revenue Management. This position is pivotal to understanding and supporting at all stages of the revenue process from the commercial negotiation, billing, accounting recognition, and cash collection.
What will you be doing?
1. Revenue Management: Lead the end-to-end revenue cycle, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all transactions from commercial negotiation to final payment.
2. Commercial Negotiation Support: Collaborate with the sales, commercial, and legal teams to support negotiations, ensuring financial terms are clear, compliant, and aligned with company policies.
3. Billing & Invoicing: Oversee the creation and distribution of accurate and timely invoices, ensuring all billing information is correct and aligns with contractual agreements.
4. Accounting Recognition: Ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 15, US GAAP) and company policies.
5. Cash Collection & Payment Oversight: Monitor cash collection, identifying and addressing any issues related to payment delays or discrepancies. Collaborate with collections teams to ensure the timely receipt of payments.
6. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal teams (Sales, Legal, Commercial, Operations) and external stakeholders (customers, partners, etc.), ensuring smooth communication and the effective resolution of any issues.

Essential:
1. Accounting or controlling qualification ideally CIMA, ACA or ACCA.
2. Track record working within a complex matrix services organisation and ideally experience working in either a start up or scale up environment.
Desirable:
1. Analytically strong and pragmatic with a long-term vision.
2. Ability to apply sound business practices and work with senior management.
3. Result driven, output focused team player.
4. Being able to build bridges and create support for improvements.
5. Knowledge of USGAAP, Accounting principles & SOX guidelines.
