As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets
* Establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and exceptional service delivery
* Staying ahead of industry trends, using insights to position Baker Goodchild as a trusted partner in the market
* Proactively seeking out opportunities for growth, including upselling and cross-selling services
Key attributes required:
* A strong track record in business development or sales, preferably in the print, mail, or communications industry
* Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and building rapport with decision-makers at all levels
* A motivated self-starter with a drive to exceed targets and deliver results
* The ability to identify market opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs
* Familiarity with CRM systems and a good grasp of digital communication trends
