Sales Team Manager
Location: Manchester City Centre - close to Victoria Station
Salary: Up to £36,000 Basic + Average OTE £56,000 + Excellent Benefits

We're at a very exciting point in our business development where we're looking for an additional Sales Manager to join our already well-established sales team.
This role will take responsibility for the development of a team of outbound B2B Sales Executives, managing day-to-day sales targets around the number of calls and appointments booked. There will be a fantastic mix of tenured and trainee level staff on the team for you to develop into the very best performing sales team.
You will be working in a KPI driven environment which is fast-paced, professional but fun! Reporting directly into the Director for Inside Sales, you will play an integral part in the day-to-day running of the department by ensuring your team contributes to the overall success of the sales floor.

Day-to-Day Sales Manager Responsibilities:
* Supporting the team to ensure individual and team targets are met on a daily basis.
* Handling escalated issues or queries and delivering feedback and learning where needed.
* Conducting regular one-to-one performance reviews.
* Celebrating success, identifying individual top performers as well as team performances.
* Providing ongoing coaching and development for all team members.
* Ensuring support for your sales team members either in person or over MS Teams.
* Supporting new team members through their trailblazer 6 month training programme.
* Liaising with Field sales teams to drive coordination of business objectives.
* Attending departmental meetings and conferences.
Your Skills:
* Experience as a Team Leader or Sales Manager / Telesales Manager within an outsource / call centre sales environment.
* A confident personality with natural leadership qualities.
* A professional approach to sales, ability to pick up on trends and analyze data.
* Motivational approach to leading and supporting a sales team.
