We’re on the hunt for an ambitious & talented Grocery Account Executive who can bring our commercial strategy to life and develop strong relationships with our retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Upselling/growing new and existing accounts.
* Supporting the wider sales team with day-to-day tasks including new line setup, EPOS, invoice tracking, and promotional set up.
* Analysing promotional activity and creating actionable insights.
* Working with account managers to support in JBP building and annual business planning.
* Manage P&L and forecasting of assigned accounts, delivering value, volume, and margin metrics.
* Build unrivalled cross-functional relationships with key customer contacts across buying, supply chain, category, and merchandising teams.
* Deliver top-class visibility and penetration through bringing Kiddylicious alive in stores (POS, secondary displays & winning in key events).
* Work with the Category Manager to develop category stories & insights that drive significant business benefit.
Profile
About You
You will likely be an existing National Account Executive looking for more exposure to the top 4 grocery accounts. You may also be a recent graduate ready for your first move into grocery FMCG.

* High level of numeracy. Confidence with handling and analysing data.
* Resilience and determination – obstacles don’t hold you back and you work effectively when faced with a tough situation.
* Analytical – you are all over the data and can bring new and relevant insights to the team.
* Great relationship builder – you are personable and have a collaborative attitude to working with grocery buying teams.
