Event Details: Dates: Monday 14th April & Tuesday 15th April 2025 Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Location: Wycombe Rye Lido, Bassetsbury Lane, HP11 1QX What to Expect: Centre Tour – Meet our team and explore our facilities. Practical Activities – Participate in a first aid and pool-based activity session. Competency-Based Interview – One-on-one face-to-face interview. Parents Welcome – If this is your first job application, parents are welcome to stay and watch. For Lifeguard Applicants: A swim test is required as part of the recruitment process, so please bring your swim kit. If successful, you will proceed to an interview, and may receive a conditional offer of employment (if you already hold an NPLQ). Swim Test Requirements: To be considered for a Lifeguard role, you must be a strong swimmer with excellent customer service skills and be able to: Swim 50 meters on both front and back Swim 50 meters within 65 seconds Tow a casualty 25 meters within 65 seconds Recover a casualty from the deepest part of the pool Tread water in deep water for 30 seconds Climb out of the pool unaided (no steps or ladder) Read a sign at the far end of the pool Why Join Us?
