What you'll be doing as a Senior Administrator
The main goal of this role is to provide front line administration to our existing clients whilst supporting more junior members of the team. This is a key role in which you can assist with identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in the business
You will:
Produce daily documentation for our clients and partners
Work with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure a robust solution can be achieved.
Ensure streamlined administrative processes and exceptional customer service to clients
Maintain customer job files, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded (in hard and electronic format as appropriate), to ensure that full customer history and data is readily available.
Communicate with Customers, Engineers and Customer Service Centre regarding projects and services as appropriate.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm | Office Based
What we would like you to bring:
The successful candidate will have demonstrated previous experience in an senior administrative position within a large organisation. You will have:
Prior experience in a second in charge or mentorship capacity
Excellent IT Literacy - particularly with Microsoft Excel
A proactive nature with excellent prioritisation skills
High quality communication skills, both written and verbal
Great attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines
A real passion for learning about our fantastic industry and customer base with a willingness to learn and develop yourself and those around you
