Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for a Trainee Manager to support our ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with senior management to learn the day-to-day operations of the business.
* Assist in managing the hire process, including booking, scheduling, and coordinating equipment and resources.
* Support inventory management, ensuring the availability and maintenance of hire items.
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Help drive sales and improve profitability by actively contributing to business growth strategies.
* Monitor and manage health and safety standards across operations.
* Take part in team meetings and provide valuable input to enhance operational efficiency.

Pay: £26,461.00-£27,625.00 per year

Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
The usual working week is 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday - job sharing or part time will be considered for the right applicant. No weekend working is required.
