We have a vacancy for a Senior Practitioner Supervisor in our Gateway Team. This post is suitable for qualified Children's Wellbeing Practitioner or Educational Mental Health Practitioner that has completed the IAPT Supervisor's training course. Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. To assist in the provision of an effective and efficient low intensity service, dealing with telephone enquiries, GPs, staff from other teams and other agencies as well as maintaining good communication within the service. Providing operational I clinical support and supervision to low intensity workers and to help ensure the service adheres to clinical governance procedures. Helping develop and promote the service. Maintaining effective staff relations and addressing any barriers or issues that may affect the quality and effectiveness of the service and dealing with highly sensitive and complex information. To deputise for PWP Lead where needed To have a clinical low intensity caseload. Adhere to an agreed activity contract relating to the number of client contacts offered, and clinical sessions carried out per week in order to minimise waiting times and ensure treatment delivery remains accessible and convenient.
