1. Maintain the Sales Pipeline and ensure forecasts are accurate.
2. Manage opportunities, overdue activities, and reports.
3. Prepare sales presentations and data analysis to support decision-making.
4. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel schedules for key sales personnel.
5. Assist with sales campaigns, events, and project coordination.
6. Oversee general administrative tasks, from expense management to visitor reception.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Administrative or PA experience preferred.
2. Sales Knowledge: Understanding of sales processes & CRM systems (advantageous).
3. Highly Organised: Ability to juggle multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
4. Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proactive Mindset: A go-getter who enjoys working as part of a team.
