With a team of 11 dedicated professionals, including 3 skilled veterinary surgeons, the practice prides itself on creating a friendly and welcoming environment for staff and clients alike. The practice is also committed to growth, with plans to become a clinical nurse training centre to support continuous professional development.
About the Role and Responsibilities:
The practice is looking for an RVN who is compassionate, confident, and motivated to deliver high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include:
* Assisting veterinarians with consultations, surgeries, and procedures
* Providing nursing care to inpatients, ensuring their comfort and well-being
* Managing clinical duties such as taking samples, wound care, and administering treatments
* Offering guidance and support to clients, answering queries, and ensuring a positive client experience
* Contributing to a team environment and collaborating effectively with colleagues
* Supporting the practice's future clinical nurse training plans, with opportunities to mentor new nurses
Benefits:
* Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (DOE)
* Schedule: Up to 35 hours per week, with a rota of 1 in 4 Saturdays and no out-of-hours (OOH) commitments
