Corporate Commercial Solicitor / Junior Partner, 7+ Years PQE, Northamptonshire - £60,000+ (DOE) – A reputable law firm is looking to bolster their Corporate Commercial team through the recruitment of a skilled and talented Corporate Commercial Solicitor. JOB REF:7573
• Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE looking for that step up in their career.
• You will have a broad understanding of the commercial and legal needs of corporate clients and have experience in advising on corporate structures, acquisition and growth strategies, succession planning, mergers and joint ventures, restructures and demergers, commercial contracts and corporate governance.
• You will have experience of supervising more junior members of the team.
• You will be well connected professionally and adept at networking and driving business development.
