An experienced Administrator is required to join our client on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months with the possibility of an extension. The successful candidate will provide support to the department, be a competent user of Microsoft Teams and Outlook coupled with excellent attention to detail.
This is a part time opportunity working 21 hours per week
Administrator duties include:
* Managing incoming and outgoing post
* Managing and processing referrals
* Taking minutes for various sensitive meetings including safeguarding and best interest meetings
* Monitoring the phones and voice mail for the department
* Monitoring the Admin inboxes
* Help maintain records and data quality
* Assist with Data performance reports
* Supporting the team with any relevant Admin Tasks

* Previous experience taking minutes is advantageous
