An award winning international, AJ100 architecture practice based in the heart of London, is seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator/Writer to join their team on a temporary basis for at least 3 months.
This leading practice is one of the world's most exciting & innovative design-led firms, they are employee owned and offer hybrid working.
Reporting to the Bid Manager and Head of Business Development you will support the bid team to produce high quality award winning bids.
Duties include:-
* Produce high quality bid submissions in line with the practices brand guidelines
* Identify, coordinate and analyse new leads using tendering portals
* Alongside the Bid Manager attend bid kick-off meetings and bid review meetings
* Coordinate the entire bid process and liaise with key stakeholders
* Maintain internal databases with details of bids and ensure bid metrics are regularly reviewed.
* Contribute to the development of the bid management systems
Key skills required:-
* Prior experience in a similar Bid Coordinator or Bid Writer role within Architecture or the wider built environment
* Ability to remain calm under pressure whilst working on multiple complex bids
* Excellent InDesign and Microsoft skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Keen eye for detail and accuracy
