A dynamic event coordination company is looking for several top temps to support them with ad-hoc days throughout the year, London based. Your hours will vary, a minimum of five. Equipment provided. Smart business wear required. The dates of the next event are 03 - 05 December.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a great opportunity to get involved with large scale events across London.
You will be responsible for:
1. Handing out brochures
2. Scanning
3. Collecting data
4. Checking in guests via iPad & iPhone
5. Assisting with the smooth running
6. Acting as the go-to person for queries
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful you will be a strong communicator and personable. You must be a reliable temp and have a ‘can do’ attitude.
Essential requirements:
1. Experience working within hospitality or events
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Proactive attitude, a team player
4. Excellent time management
