Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office, providing comprehensive administrative support, and facilitating effective communication within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Google Suite.
* Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
* Handle incoming communications with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
* Assist in data entry tasks and maintain accurate records as required.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
* Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as necessary.
* Support special projects as directed by the CEO, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Experience
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
* Proficiency in QuickBooks is an advantage but not essential.
* Strong clerical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is desirable.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
* Proficient in data entry and comfortable using various software applications including Google Suite.
