Fleet Sales Administrator
Location: High Ercall, Telford (TF6 6RA)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Competitive – Dependent on Experience
We are recruiting for a Fleet Sales Administrator on behalf of a well-established automotive group based in High Ercall, Telford.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading dealership network, working alongside a successful sales team to provide vital support across fleet operations. You will be required on-site five days a week to contribute to the ongoing growth and efficiency of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain internal and external systems, ensuring fleet transactions, customer details, and stock records are always accurate.
* Generate and process invoices for customers and manufacturers.
* Manage vehicle contracts and re-contracts, ensuring all price protection terms are met.
* Order vehicles in line with customer requirements.
* Coordinate deliveries with customers and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
* Issue DVLA letters and V5 documents as required.
* Allocate registration numbers and ensure vehicles are taxed on time.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong administrative experience (essential).
* Previous experience in automotive administration (highly desirable).
* Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
