Kelly Group has an exciting opportunity for the very best talent and we are looking to recruit an Administrator to join our growing team in Nuneaton.
In your role you will be responsible for:
1. Completing DBS applications.
2. Chasing potential candidates for documents.
3. Keeping internal trackers up to date.
4. Applying for references for candidates booked onto training courses.
5. Updating management on various aspects about candidates.
6. Processing monthly DBS invoices.
7. Performing administrative duties as required (e.g., photocopying, scanning).
8. Assisting your Line Manager and the team to achieve all required goals.
9. Plus other duties consistent with the position as directed.
You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:
1. Administrative experience with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
3. Strong organizational skills, with a methodical approach to record-keeping and the ability to work under pressure.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage conflict.
5. A collaborative team player who contributes to high-performance teams.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Proactive initiative with the ability to see the bigger picture and follow tasks through to completion.
