We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Manager to lead on key HR initiatives and provide hands-on support across multiple locations in the South West. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient and compliant HR service delivery. Advise managers on HR policies, employment law, and best practices. Lead recruitment campaigns to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Manage disciplinary and grievance matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes. Regularly review and update HR policies to align with current legislation. Build strong relationships at all levels, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance. Travel to sites across the South West to provide tailored support (company vehicle and mileage allowance provided). What We’re Looking For Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
