What you'll do
* Lead the delivery and governance of multiple large-scale projects and programmes.
* Be responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of new Technology capability or enhancements to current Technology capability.
* Compile & own your Project Plan, bringing together multiple plans and dependencies across a range of teams.
* Regularly manage RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies), governing milestones, and ensuring adherence in line with your project plan.
* Embed lean governance operating models, valuing ownership, responsiveness, predictability, and transparent delivery.
* Manage project finances and supplier commercials, including internal Capex/Opex.
* Set and adjust budget forecasts for the project, based on business dynamics and historical trends of delivery.
* Establish a heartbeat of reviews and reporting to the Digital Portfolio Manager.
Who you are
* Demonstrate a broad range of experience in End-to-End project delivery utilising lean program governance.
* Experience in managing high complex projects with cross-functional impact.
* Understanding of both application and software development lifecycle.
* Experience in managing cross-cultural teams & working with system integrators / 3rd parties.
* Demonstrate key leadership standards and manage, motivate & develop a direct team in a matrix environment.
* Great stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
