Permanent 32.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, term time only £12 per hour (pay award pending) The Governors are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support a child with Special Educational Needs in Early Years. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of students with SEND. You will work closely with teachers, other teaching assistants, and support staff to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Your main responsibilities will include: Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with SEND. to assist in interactive learning, promotion of personal development and ensure that the curriculum is achieved for the best possible outcome for the student. Under the instruction and guidance of the teaching staff, and other professionals, to undertake educational activities and attend to the education, personal and social needs of the students in order to support their learning and development and to ensure their safety Contributing to the overall well-being and development of students.
