Are you a dynamic, motivational Sales Manager with knowledge and experience within the housebuilding industry?
We are working with one of the country's most prominent developers who are looking for a sales focused individual with the tenacity to succeed within a target driven environment. As Regional Sales Manager, you will provide strong leadership and management to your sales teams, enabling them to focus on achieving the highest sales figures and ensuring they exceed customer expectations throughout their home buying journey.
Although no 2 days will be the same, responsibilities for this role will include:
* Ensuring the consistent monitoring and reporting of sales data, taking appropriate action to ensure that sales resources, prices and other revenue is maximised and efficiently controlled.
* Ensuring that new site launches and plot sale completions are managed proactively and effectively.
* Proactively leading and influencing.
* Conducting regular one to one discussions with your Sales Advisor team to include performance reviews.
* Business partnering with other internal departments to ensure effective cross team collaboration and communication.
* Ensuring that the sales teams are fully engaged whilst also managing customer expectations and requests.
* Ensuring that the Sales Advisors are aware of sales reservation, legal exchange and completion targets.
* Delivering monthly, quarterly, half and full year sales completions in accordance with the development budgets which fall under your responsibility.
* Working proactively with the construction management team on your developments to ensure a seamless process.
To be successful in your application, we are looking for candidates with the following:
* Excellent sales, marketing, product and technical knowledge – previous new homes sales experience is essential.
* Demonstrable knowledge of the property market and competitor activity.
* Excellent individual and team communication and presentation skills.
* Organised and structured with an eye for detail.
* Broad awareness of codes of practice that impact on sales and marketing matters.
* A full UK driving licence.
Predominantly based from the office in Edinburgh, this is a mobile role and will involve regular travel to developments across the Scotland region.
