We are currently undergoing recruitment for a Field Sales Representative for our prestigious client in the Oswestry area.
This is a full time, straight to perm position with a starting salary of roughly £40,000 per annum, plus commission.
Main roles and responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals by selling printers, related hardware, and service packages.
* Conduct regular in-person meetings with clients to understand their printing needs and challenges.
* Present product demonstrations and provide customized solutions to meet client requirements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
* Regularly follow up with clients to assess their ongoing needs and recommend additional products or services.
* Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
* Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to maximize market share.
* Stay updated on the company’s range of printers, software, and maintenance services.
* Act as a subject matter expert to provide guidance and technical support to clients.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
* Prepare regular reports for management, including sales forecasts and market insights.
Skills and Qualities:
* Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the printing or technology industry is essential.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
* Technical aptitude to understand and explain printer specifications and solutions.
* Highly self-motivated and target-driven.
* Adaptable to changing market conditions and client needs.
* Professional demeanour with excellent presentation skills.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
