Job Introduction
We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist to join our BMW division working at our Customer Contact Centre based in our Mercedes-Benz Dealership in Lincoln. You will be working 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will also be required to work 1 in 6 Saturdays, paid as overtime.
OTE of up to £27,000 plus benefits.
This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing department.
Role and Responsibilities
* Dealing with Aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the Dealership for service or repairs
* Accurate data inputting of customer details
* Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction
* Improve and drive lead conversions
* Contacting prospective customers and upselling products
* Initiating the solving of customers problems in a professional manner
* Adhering to brand standards
* Speaking to customers after purchase of their vehicles
* Upsell of Service Plans Monitoring Livechat system
