What You Will Be Doing:
In your role as a Home Care Analyst, you will help maintain the smooth operation of our home care service by overseeing a range of essential tasks, including:
1. Managing communications: Responding to emails, addressing complaints or safeguarding concerns, and directing them to the appropriate team member.
2. System updates: Handling care plan cancellations, referrals, and updates in the system as required.
3. Monitoring finance: Ensuring that visits and calls are correctly logged, allowing for accurate payroll.
4. Ensuring data accuracy: Reviewing care worker logs, validating timesheets, and resolving any discrepancies.
5. Timesheet management: Inputting, verifying, and matching timesheets, ensuring double-up visits are accurately processed.
6. Reporting: Compiling detailed weekly and monthly reports to provide actionable insights for the Branch Manager and other key stakeholders.
7. Collaboration: Partnering with Care Coordinators to update and manage the service user status (e.g., hospital admissions, suspensions).
8. Hospital liaison: Keeping in close contact with local hospitals to track admissions and updates, ensuring records are maintained.
9. Problem resolution: Identifying any issues, troubleshooting concerns, and escalating them as necessary.
